Amanda Hahne Paes

When considering her career change into a full time Realtor, Amanda came to the conclusion she is very goal and detail oriented, she has always loved networking and meeting new people, and has family in real estate; it seemed like the perfect fit! She is trilingual: English, Portuguese, and Spanish and a social butterfly who is more than ready and willing to dive into the world of real estate to better serve your needs.

Born and raised in Brazil, Amanda moved to Florida in 2014. After graduating from West Orange High School, Amanda got her associates degree from Valencia College, and later transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a pre-med student doing cancer research. Once the pandemic hit, she decided to get her EMT license and went to serve as a front-line healthcare worker. After working for a year as a first responder, Amanda has learned a lot and understands how important a sense of urgency and good communication skills are.

Originally an Orange County girl - Go Warriors! -  she moved to Lake County in 2020 after marrying the love of her life. Amanda and her husband Richard are always looking for the best Lake County has to offer. Coming from a different country, she’s had to learn how to navigate different cultures and languages as well. Some of her favorite hobbies include trying new foods, visiting local breweries, reading books, and training for triathlons with her husband. She believes triathlon is a great sport because it has taught her both physical and mental toughness; qualities that are fundamental to succeed in life.

Amanda believes God is what centers her family; being married to a former marine, and a stepmom to 4 children, she has found her strength and faith in God are what help push her through the challenging times. Her family attends Lakeside Church every Sunday morning as a way to support and give back to the community.
